30 Gloucester Place is a listed building located in London. Approved installers George Barnsdale, expertly fitted all new windows featuring Fineo acoustic / solar control and Fineo safety / solar control. The overall result was a huge reduction in U-value to 0.7 W/m²k. As well as an impressive G-value of 0.39. The noise level was also reduced with an Acoustic rating of 42db. As this is a Grade 2 listed building it was important to comply with building regulations associated with listed buildings and to safety standard EN12600.
The result were instant. The building retained heat better and felt more cosy. And thanks to Fineo Solar Control, it reduces overheating in Summer. As well as reducing the noise level from the busy road.
